Church Upgrades Security to Keep Congregation Safe

CHALLENGE: Third Church in Pella, Iowa, wanted a new security system to better monitor the increased traffic going in and out of the building daily.

SOLUTION: The church contacted SCI to design and deliver a security system with enhanced video surveillance and door access. We also provided a new paging system connected to the phone system. For convenience, we integrated everything into their Avaya IP Office platform.

RESULTS: Third Church can now keep a better eye on who is in the building. The security upgrade also enables them to keep their congregation as safe as possible in the event of an emergency.

School District Saves Money with Video Surveillance Upgrade

CHALLENGE: Knoxville Community Schools needed to upgrade outdated video surveillance software and cameras for better functionality and insights. They also wanted to avoid paying ongoing licensing fees.

SOLUTION: SCI replaced the existing software with i-Pro Video Insight, eliminating costly licensing fees. We also replaced more than 200 cameras with new i-Pro cameras, which are backed by a seven-year advanced hardware replacement warranty. Lastly, we upgraded their door access software to MonitorCast for added security, alerts, and alarms.

RESULTS: Not only is the video surveillance system better than before. It also saves the school district a significant amount of money each year.
